Glad to hear from you and that you're doing well. I'm not doing much training either. But my friends are wanting to pick up the biking, so maybe I'll get some training in.
wow - it's been so long that you've posted here! Glad to hear from you and glad you are doing well. Delivering babies sounds like more fun than anything. If you find a magic way to lose 15 lbs, letme know. That's exactly how much I want to get rid of.
I lost 40lb when I first started training for triathlons several years ago... but at that time I had 3 coached workouts a week - all hard work, and I was running nearly every day.
It's easy to have the wt melt away by following the same diet and working out 1hr a day more than before!!
It would be much easier to lose if I was exercising regularly... it's very hard to lose when you are only running once a week, swimming once and doing wt training once...

I wish 15 lbs was easy to lose, thats how much I've gained since last year. :(
