What it feels like on the inside

I thought this was a moving and well-written insight into what it feels like inside someone who has been in combat... combat in which they may have done inhuman things or committed war crimes or had inhuman things done to them. We're all human. It doesn't matter whether it's an American soldier, an Israeli soldier, a Russian soldier, a Hezbollah
