Since I'm feeling crappy, I decided I needed a matcha soy latte from Starbucks, stat! So I went the long way around the block, and happened to pass by Fresh & Wild (corner of Spadina and King) and stopped in to see if I could find a little snack. Lo and behold! Smoothie!
Green Smoothie for today:
Bunch of Swiss Chard
1 medium apple
1 orange
handful of green grapes
4 strawberries
1/2 banana
slice of lemon
I think it's just a bit too acidic. Perhaps cut out the orange or grapes next time. -
Greens!

Whole lot of spinach
1/2 frozen banana
2 carrots
1 med apple
2 tbsp flax meal
water

Fun in the sun
It was a completely gorgeous day today - got out to the mall *shudders* and found some new summer shirts, went to Lush *happiness*, and read a book for a bit out in the sun.
Then I came home, napped, and now the sky looks like it's threatening to collapse ;__;
