SCREAMS I REALLY, REALLY LIKED THIS. i loved the whole progression and how it's like bam shootout and then the explanation and (i've never watched man of steel so idk) how the details were slowly ~revealed~ and i was so so curious why they wanted chanyeol and what it was all about and I JUST LOVED EVERYTHING??????????????????????

I had a really fun time reading this fic *__* you're so good with suspense, and I felt totally engrossed in every section, even as I was itching to skip ahead to read about what happens next. loved the in media res narrative, and especially how you dropped hints and foreshadowed both past and future events. I went back and re-read the story a second time immediately after finishing just to catch all the details! some of your lines felt so chilling, like when we're introduced to soul data transmission for the first time, kris counting the paces of minseok and zitao in the shadowy corridors, "After all those years, he still feels the pain enough to keep it fresh. But then again, wouldn't you?" the ending made me want all the sequels and spin-offs and serial syndicates. your execution was so great, and I'm excited for reveals~

This was the kind of fic I've been wanting to read for ages; hit me in all the right places and had me literally griping my chair from anticipation. It almost felt as if I were watching an action movie. And even though you seemingly didn't write all that much, it was enough to make me all alarmed around the part when Chanyeol started gaining his consciousness back and then bawl my eyes out a few lines later. I don't feel I can write you a good enough comment rn but know that it's been a long time since I felt so emotional after reading a fic ;~;
