Today was a really bad day.

I'm not really sure why.

It's unexplainable.

I just had a wave of sadness sweep over me.

I am very disappointed in myself.

It seems like I can never do anything right.

After school I went and sat in the lockerroom showers and cried. I don't even know why. What is wrong
