I really hate it when professors give you exams that are too long to be finished. It's not only incredibly frustrating, but it's just a stupid way to test people. I've actually got to echo Stuart's comments, Netflix really does have great customer service. I called them to see if they would send me extra DVDs (since they had mailed me my seasons of Red Dwarf out of order), and I got through to a real nice lady in about 2 minutes.
