cant sleep

i dont think ive actually slept a full nights sleep without alcohol in me for weeks now.  i hate it, not only do i toss and turn, i just cant fucking sleep.  just alone with thoughts and my mind keeps moving a mile a minute and i cant sleep.  ive been going to bed (or trying to) at descent times so ill fall asleep eventually but next thing i know
