Started trying to get in shape 2 and half weeks ago. Hitting the gym 6 days/week. MWFSa I run on the treadmill. Tuesdays I lift weights. Thursdays I do yoga for an hour. Saturday I lift weights again.
Any tips, suggestions, inspirational stories are much appreciated!
Starting weight: 161 lbs.
Starting distance: .5 mile run, 1 mile walk.
