LJ: such an old friend
Well I did it. My last post introduced 10k Hearts Love as my love child. Back then, my conscious mind was unaware that six months into the future I would be divorced and sitting in Far North Queensland with over 10,000 people at the Eclipse Festival all focusing on one thing. 10k Hearts
went to a luau tonight. had the most spectacular evening all thanks to a bright light named Alexa. She's a seven year old Rock Star who had her parents and brother as an entourage. Ya see, she just finished a round of therapy and this is her Make a Wish, wish. To bring the family all the way from Boston and spend it soaking up the Maui sun.

the in betweens
The ease and memory of logging in erases the time lapse between entries. LJ's here like an old old friend, a favorite pair of jeans, shoes jacket whatever that worn in, at home comfortable feeling is; that's what this white screen at 1.48am is for me. race, abortion and what the real issues are
This was a reply to an article and subsequent comment about race and abortion found on Yahoo today.
It seems the trend to make accusations about why women get abortions and state them as fact. Why MARILYN, you stated as fact, that Black and Latina women were coming for abortions based solely on financial reasons. Did you ask every one of them? Or, ( Read more... ) -

As the light begins to strech
It's been a bit cold recently. Then again, it is winter, and the consistent rain we've been experiencing has been lovely. 10am and I am looking out onto my lanai with plants a potted over at Lana'i over the drum hum of the dish washer. 6 1/2 months
That's how long since I posted last. This is the longest time since I started LJ that I've been away. I guess I forgot I do this more for me than others. Reviewing my last post I find I retunr back to that area and finding my mind is always eager to lend a helping hand.
