Costume idea: get a conical hat, wear lots of felt and possibly a beard. Decorate the costume with double helix designs and possibly with the letter A, C, G, and T. You are now a g-nome

Believe it or not you are the second person I know who has been arrested for public urination. The first was given a hefty fine and a slap on the wrist so I think as long as you promise to never pee again you'll be okay.
