To echo the sentiments of an LJ friend of mine who is also in a long-distance relationship, it was like living a normal life except with a really amazing person in it, and then when she left it was like living a normal life (or as close to normal as you can get, when you’re me…LOL…) except with a very important part missing.

Oh, haaaay, that's me~ ahhah, /lame.

Anyway, congrats on the big news with the move coming up! Sounds exciting!

And I completely know what you mean about wanting to break out of the typical "respectable" planned-out/stable/boring career bullshit. Here's to change and a good dose of spontaneity! Good luck with everything there!
