today mike came home with me. It was good. we hung out and he showed me how to 'stay alive'. In the event I ever take up any of his advice, which i probably won't, just because i never have cared for proper nutrition and exercise or general health at all in the past, I'll know what to do. we made cous cous, which was an overall disappointment,
