I am thankful for my family (even though I don't really get to see all of them now like I could before), my friends, Jonathan, and having the training to defend myself and others in this otherwise hell of a town.

I am *not* thankful for what slaying does to my hair and clothes. And for suicide bombers who throw knives at my head.
