For the past month or so a few of us have been working at setting together a team strictly for emergencies, separate from the police force. Things are finally starting to fall into place and we were looking for allies within the police - a collaboration if you will.

He was supposed to inform you of this, but I guess something must have gotten in the way.

From what I heard he has exceptional strenght even with his chip in and he uses a large sword.

Apparently Jackie went against him. I'm trying to find out more, but I haven't been able to get in contact with him yet.

I can go keep an eye on him, see what I can find out by just watching.

I won't engage him unless necessary but I could probably hold my own against a sword, no matter how big it is.

If we end up fighting him, I can help with close-range attacks and healing... He seems strong, but I doubt he could win if we're in a group.

He's got a huge weapon, so I could see him being a slow attacker. There has to be holes in his defense.

That's what I was thinking. With a well planned attack his strength shouldn't be a big issue.

I'm trying to get in contact with Jackie, see what he has to say. He fought him before and got out more or less unharmed, from what I gathered.

All right, here's what he had to say.

Apart from what we already know, blades seem to do the trick with him. So if we can get an organized attack together we should be able to bring him down.
