It's London fashion week. Warehouse and Oasis on Argyll St seem to be making a special effort with their window displays this week. It's not enough just to dress some mannequins in the latest stock. Homemade pancakes with fresh strawberries, ice cream and chocolate drops, delicious! Still I should have stopped after the first one, two was just one too many.

Yesterday I ran 4K in just under 24 minutes. I am impressed with this result as it's only my third run this year and I still haven't gotten back in to my weekly workout routine so it's the only exercise I'm getting. Second 7am start this week meaning getting up at 5:30am. I'm so tired and I have to give a presentation this afternoon to HR, my team lead, my manager and my director about a new training proposal. Why did I make the meeting for today???
