Torvald gives good advice! I really enjoy how you captured Elana's boredom and attempts to entertain herself - reminds me of the times I fished with my grandpa as a kid.

I've never had that boredom experience. I inherited my grandpa's gift. Fish literally try to commit suicide around me. True story--a brim once jumped out on the shore as I walked past a lake. I threw it back in because it was too small.
