Where do my loyalties lie?

Very recently I've thought of quitting an organization I am part of. I've been part of this organization for almost a year now. I've dedicated a lot of my time to this organization, but as of recently I've had an epiphany about it. I am still very much dedicated to this organization, but the direction it is headed is not what I invisioned it to be
