Official date is official. I'm leaving in late July for Officer School! :D

So, now I might be going in late July :D

Got a voicemail yesterday, saying there were spots available for June 7th. Yeah, pretty close. But by the time I called him back, the spots had been filled, but he said he'll move me up still. So, just waiting for the official paperwork.

And Happy Birthday to two women who've played a part in my life.

So, I realize most people who read LJ also follow my other blogs / facebook. But, I did say it'd be posted everywhere, right?

So, Yesterday my recruiter called me when I was on break. I'll be leaving in November. A bit longer than I had hoped to wait, but I've got an expected time-frame now. So, about 7 more months left.

The closer I get to March 1st, the more depressed I feel. I was supposed to leave, supposed to start training, supposed to do something so much more with my life. But right now, I'm stuck on hold. Waiting, with no light at the end of the tunnel. And the uncertainty is killing me.

People. Please. Get your shit together.
