d-e-h-y-d-r-a-t-e-d. Grossness. I had about 8 beers last night at Matt's place, but the weird thing I wasn't even feeling it all that much. However I woke up today with a sore throat and a tore up stomache. I think it'll be in my best interest to take it easy today and drink an assload of water, considering we have a three miler to run tomorrow

i have meds that make it so that you think about stuff, but it only lets your emotions go down to a normal level. never to that "i'm so sad i want to curl up and die" level. you should try them. ^_^
