i've kinda been feeling there should be less narration in nature movies of late. even attenborough talks too much, in my view, especially in his more recent ones.
very nice. i dig the little spat the birds have. you should def. make a version with narration, but keep this one too. it kinda speaks on its own. ps i think you should narrate it humourously. just my 2 cents.
by all means i extend the invititation to you to make said narration, but as is now becomming painfully clear i am quite snob re: what i think nature movies ought to be like, and so i must respectfully reject your kindly suggestion. please don't take this too hard, dear friend. yeah, i was quite excited about the spat: "something is happening!". was quite lucky; was literally the first time i'd pointed a camera at a living beast.
hi there riel. i thought of you not long ago, and that fine evening we spent together playing tennis. a fond memory. but i must say, and i know its just a light-hearted suggestion, but i seem to take nature films very seriously, and i really have come to resent the imposition of too-much post-production in nature docs, and so i am committed to keeping mine pure. eek, sorry to be a crank, but it is a subject very dear to me.
