I always questioned whether I had an addiction to sex. I usually just convinced myself I had a really high sex drive. The best treatment for this, in my mind too, was more sex. Unfortunately, due to addicts' sometimes compulsive tendencies in this realm, it's usually the worst treatment. More sex just furthers the damage in my experience.

If you really think you have a problem, maybe you should consider - gasp - abstaining. It doesn't have to be forever if you decide it isn't for you. But it might make the picture a little clearer to deal with your feelings in the absence of your favorite drug.

PS: Testosterone levels drop 1% every year after 40. :)
