I just had the worst nose-blowing experience of all time. I was blowing into a tissue and it just felt so uncomfortable and wrong, like it was maybe something I shouldn't be doing, like my technique was off a bit. I felt a chunk blow out and into the tissue. Then of course I took a peak to see what was causing all of the ruckus. And there it was -

i've had some pretty bad ones lately too. the last 2 mornings i've woken up blown my nose and it's been blood city!!
