I'm confused. Can parents love one kid more than another? Can you like people equally? I'm good friends with Astrid and Carrie but do I like one more than another? Is it human nature to prefer one person most? Can you ever just have equal feelings?

You like people for different reasons. Depending on the reason you may feel more connected with a certain person. They are all equal feelings in a logical aspect. However, in a emotional aspect, it is possible to care about one person more than another.
