1. I hate the typical form of stage management. Many actors are taught that the stage manager is responsible for everything and thus the actors are not held accountable for when shit goes wrong.

I started learning Gaelic last semester. It's not as easy to learn a language when you are older, but it's not impossible either. You should do it! I'd say i'd help but the only one that i'm actually semi-fluent in is German.
