The plan works best for people who are encouraged by numbers. I am not personally trying to lose weight, but I am trying to stick to a better diet, and better consistency in my workouts. You can read about my training plan in my profile.
But listen- if you are aware that there are many people there who are being unhealthy about things, and that you don't want to be that way, then that is fantastic. If you think it is better for your well-being if you leave the group, thn you should. Really. :)
