I took off work today (called in sick) so that I would be able to make it to the Billy Elliot Farewell Celebration that Thommie Retter had planned. It started at 4, but registration began at 3. Work was crazy today. I got in late only to find that the internet and email was down. I had a lot to do because I was planning on taking Friday off. That plan kinda went down the drain as the internet and email continued to stay unresponsive until about 2:30 or 3. Work wasn't so bad. It could have been worse. I spent a lot of it trying to plan for meals in the busy week ahead and making sure it looked like I was doing work.
