Of course you'll recover! You're strong and you have such determination to succeed. God for you for eating the chocolate muffin. And I know that 1100 calories seem like a lot to you, but for most people, that's a teeny amount. So your world will DEFINITELY not end if you eat 1100 calories (or more) every day. So here's to more guilt-free chocolate muffins or whatever it is you wish to eat in the future.
*grins* Guilt-free chocolate muffins. They have fat-free, sugar-free (nevermind that those are usually taste-free too) just about everythign already. If I ever switch to a business major, i'll package guilt-free chocolate muffins, double the price, and sell them at snobby cafes.
And probably get rich enough to pay off my college debt :)
You are amazing. I'm just trying to get over the past couple of days of binging (well they're binges for me...probably not for the average person). The thing that scares me the most i've put on 1.5kgs in 3 days. I don't know how it is possible, I mean i didn't eat 1.5kgs of food. I'm trying hard today not to eat too much, but not fast all the same. It's tough for me but it will be tougher at night, that's when the binge feeling kicks in, when I feel lonely, unwanted etc. I haven't beaten myself up over this binge, but I am working to rectify it all by monday. I need to lose what I've gained by then. Wish me luck! Take care Michelle
Don't worry too much--putting on 1.5 K's of fat in 3 days requires you to eat butter, nonstop. It's much more likely that you're bloating a bit, probably from water weight. You already know this, I'm sure...but you really should avoid the scale after a binge--it's too damaging when you're most vunerable, not to mention more of a liar then usual.
Binges are tougher at night for me as well...I wonder why. YOU will do well...take care of yourself, and good luck.
