Wow, that's great! hope it continues to work out ok and sometimes better. I just got a kind of sweet invite from my usually very aloof roomate; so that in and of it self is a pretty fortuitous sign. Have been feeling optimistic about housing dynamics in general lately, I like the idea that maybe it's bigger than just my world :)
