Last year I made a typical top ten albums of the year style post. I had no trouble finding ten albums that made the list; hell I even had a list of honourable mentions. This year, a different story. So I finally saw Oscar's movie of the year, Crash, last night. Who was it that said that the worst movies are the ones that have so much wasted potential, that come close to being good (or great) but contain flaws so fundamental that it completely destroys the film? Last night I threw a political party. We sit around, drink, make snarky remarks, and watch the election results come in. Bad news is always easier to take when your with a group of friends. And when B.A. Johnston is taking shots at idiots at TV. I felt my chosen drink for the evening was apt:
