so I finally went to the gym and got an idea of my lifting abilities. Mein workout:
Warm-up: 10 minutes on bike (3.5 miles)
Shoulder Press with dumbbells: 10 reps with 10 lbs., 12 reps with 15 lbs., and 10 reps with 17.5 lbs (this last set was to failure) WEAK SHOULDERS LOL
Bench Press: 10 reps with 45 lbs., 10 reps. with 55 lbs., 10 reps with 60
