I picked up a $4 bottle of retsina (a Greek white wine delicately scented with pine resin) that, along with some turnips, some honey, some pears and some radishes (all right-- and a few other things) will make an intriguing medieval sauce. Retsina at its best can be frightening, so I have to admit that I'm worried a $4 bottle will be... erm,
