I am NOT going to lower my expectations to be happy.

Happiness resides within me still! It's amazing, seeing as how there are certain things which can definitely get me down, but I refuse to let it influence me. Why should I give up my own power to feelings of frustration? I've made my decision now and I'll stick to it.

But oh! Last night was so so good!

Sometimes I feel so old among my friends. I cannot really relate to current dramas that go on, nor do I care. Nor do I want to be vengeful and egg someone's car or prank call them or bitch people out. It's just annoying. I'm tired of "who's dating who" being the focus of what anyone thinks about.
