OK, I've already taken my father-in-law to his first chemo treatment. It took him over 6 hours just to sit there and get pumped up with the nasty drug. I was elected to attend this because I have been through it with my mother and grandmother, therefore I get elected by default ( Read more... )

What a wonderful concept sleep is! I know I remember what is was like to be well rested. It couldn't have been that long ago. For the last 4 weeks I have been blissfully song to by my new born, at 1 and 5 in the morning. Tuesday April 2 we received our precious gift. She was 7 lbs 5 oz. She already has me wrapped around her tiny little fingers. After 3 boys a little girl is a gift. The boys have already bought her a hockey stick. Yeah, like my wife would ever let that happen.

Life is in a state of complete turmoil as we struggle to get into a routine.

I have always been the impatient type of a guy. I want things done yesterday. I like to control my own destiny. This soon to be born child has to be a girl, she has a mind of her own and will make her first appearance when she's damn good and ready. That is all

How many licks to the center of a, well you know the rest. I cannot get enough sleep anymore. With every little move I figure this is it. But, nope the baby has other things in mind.
