You need minions, Jim.

It took me years to recalibrate what I think I can lift, to what I can actually lift. Used to be able to lift Very Heavy Things when I was a Foolish Young Strong Person. Then I lifted an Extremely Heavy Thing. Now if I try to lift a Very Heavy Thing, it makes my back sad. Which makes the rest of me sad. And I have to use my cane.

So I just stick to Kinda Heavy Things, or lighter. Fortunately, modern circuit boards don't use neutronium-based components.

Thus, as Diane demonstrated, a man of your wisdom and station needs minions! Baked goods help to lure them in.
