The album is done! Thank God. This beast ate my entire summer, whether it was practicing for it in May and June, recording in July, spending all of July and up until today mixing and mastering, working on copyrighting and licensing and production, album art and graphic design ( Read more... )

Who would have thought some purple carnations would have meant such a difference? This week is flying by. The show sucked balls, it was outside and the acoustics were terrible, and the fiddles were way too loud in the mix. Things are going well. Tonight should be interesting.

I finally got work on Sunday, 8-4 tomorrow. That's like half of my entire last week's paycheck.

I really don't have too much to talk about, I guess. I'm so deep in life right now I don't want to have to step out and analyze it. Sometimes you just have to do that.
