According to Wikipedia, they're some kind of goat killing monsters, they look kinda like aliens. Apparently, one was supposedly found in 2004, but it turned out to be an ill coyote.

Bears are incredibly strange creatures which live in forests eating honey, and if my sources are correct, sometimes even poo. Huh? What's that? OOOOH, his name is "Pooh"? What kind of dumbass animal would let itself be named after a piece of ( OMG! CENSORSHIP! )
