I'm trying out an app on my phone that should help facilitate posting from my phone.
I like that it includes some general formatting options like bold and italic... but i can't seem to select my text for the formatting... so that's a fail. I'll try using header info... but that will be a pain since symbols are alt keys ( Read more... ) -
Tea, Earl Gray, hot
Right now, I'm out in one of the outdoor eating areas at CSUN, waiting for class to start. I've finished my early dinner and am enjoying a hot cup of Earl Gray. Earl Gray, with a touch of cream and sugar, is currently my favorite tea. I used to abhor the taste of Earl Gray, but I've come to like the spicy aroma the Bergomot gives to the tea. Weekend & Friends
This weekend was spent hanging out with various groups of friends. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with my "brothers." I'm really glad I had a chance to see a friend from SD who I've not seen in a while. It was also nice to hang out with them outside of D&D. Flu
So I officially have the flu. And as of today, it's reached the 7-day mark.
Did I mention that I hate being sick?
Anywho, the fever peaked a few days ago at 103. Then, it hovered at 101 and 102 for the next couple of nights. One of the most frustrating things about this whole experience is the bad reaction I had to some alergy medication. I read ( Read more... ) -

This has got to be the weirdest cold/flu i've ever had. The only symptoms I'm exhibiting are muscle ache/pain and a fever. Tonight, my fever hit 103. Tylenol is helping, but my fever always comes back ( Read more... ) -

Reflections
So, as with every birthday, I'd like to reflect on the past in order to look forward to the future. Maybe that's why I like being one year older.
So, 2008 was a really good year for me.
