WYWUAS - Chapter 8
Nino was speechless. He didn’t dare move or reply. He stayed there, lying on the sofa with his head against Aiba’s chest. How was it possible? How did Aiba know? In contrast to Nino, who was worried and thinking fast, Aiba waited patiently; lovingly caressing Nino’s forearm, his eyes closed, appreciating the quiet and cozy moment. After several minutes, Nino broke the silence.
“How… did you know?” He whispered, dreading being hit or being shouted at, but nothing came besides a chuckle. Nino was surprised when he felt Aiba’s embrace tighten, the latter, moving a little, to make their bodies fit more comfortably.
“I know everything about you.” said Aiba, trying to hide his amusement. He cried softly when Nino pinched one of his nipples.
“This is not funny!” pouted Nino, embarrassed that he fell so easily into Aiba’s trap. But the smile his lover gave helped Nino feel less stressed.
“No really, I know you Masaki. I know that when you’re chewing your bottom lip, it’s because you have done something wrong and you’re trying to hide it.” stated Aiba. Maybe saying that he knew everything was a bit too much, but Aiba knew some of his Masaki’s habits, and chewing his lips was one of them.
“So?” asked Aiba as he sat in the sofa, preparing for a very long explanation.
“Promise me that you won’t get mad at me!” begged an anxious Nino. Even though the light was turned off, the moon’s glow coming from the window let Aiba see the worry in Nino’s eyes. Dying to know, Aiba nodded strongly and focused all his attention on Nino.
“Okay… Today, just like the rest of us, I was shocked when I discovered that I was Nino. I was even more shocked when I saw that the one I kissed was…” He stopped, thinking it wasn’t necessary to talk about it again. Nino cleared his throat and resumed: “So, the only thing that was important for me was to find you. With Nino, I went to your house, but you weren’t there…”
“Of course, I woke up in your house this morning.” declared Aiba, crossing his arms as he sank deeper into the sofa.
“Ah…yes…That’s right! That reminds me…You didn’t look under my pillow, did you?” asked Nino, a little too quickly to seem innocent. He thanked the darkness which hid his red cheeks from Aiba’s eyes.
“Masaki…Stay focused, please…” warned Aiba, losing his temper. On the other hand, the story about the pillow made him curious. Well, it will be another question for later.
“Right! So, when I arrived in our green room and I saw you, I didn’t know it was MatsuJun, and that’s why I kissed…” Another moment of silence…this story was really confusing, and Nino wasn’t really explaining how this happened.
“Masaki, be clear, please!” Begged Aiba, hitting the top of Nino’s head, maybe a little too strongly. Nino massaged his head, pouting and whining.
“See? I knew you would be mad!”
“Well, excuse me if I don’t like the fact that MY boyfriend kissed half of the group…” grunted Aiba as he stood up and headed for the kitchen. A bit angry, he poured himself a glass of water and drank it straight up. Still on the couch, Nino giggled softly. It was so rare for the true Sho to show his jealousy, and today Nino witnessed two jealous quarrels. Lucky! But knowing the beast, it would be better if he didn’t talk about it any longer.
“Anyway…this afternoon, I saw this!” said Nino, standing up and grabbing the newspaper. He held it before Aiba’s eyes, who read the article’s title, with some difficulty, in the darkness.
“Del…Delta Aquarides?” Aiba Read out loud, taking the paper from Nino’s hands. The article was about a fabulous meteor rain that took place the night before. Nino nodded frenetically, a huge smile covering his face as he remembered the past night.
*****
The night before, 11:52 p.m.
“Yeah…me too. Good-night Sho-chan.” said Aiba before closing his mobile phone. He jumped on his bed, and held a pillow in his arms, giggling like a teenage girl who was thinking about her first crush. These past months, Sho and Aiba couldn’t meet each other as often as they wanted. Sho’s schedule was too busy, and when he had a day off or some free time, it was Aiba who couldn’t make it. Aiba was happy that both of them were at least in the same group, that way, they could still see each other when they were working as Arashi.
However, what turned Aiba in this girlish state was that tomorrow, his Sho-chan and he will spend the afternoon together, just the two of them. For the first time in a long while, their schedules coincided.
The pillow on his face muffled his giggles which were becoming louder. Aiba was pulled off from his daydream when he saw something shining in the sky. Curious, he left his bed and headed for his open window. The tall guy scrutinized the dark sky for some minutes but nothing happened. It was totally dark outside, and the full moon was proudly standing in the sky, alone. Just when he was about to close it, a new glittering line crossed the firmament, then another, and another again, until the dark sky shone with a thousand flames.
“How wonderful…” whispered Aiba, the falling stars were reflected in his wide eyes.
“I wish Sho-chan and I would be together, as one forever…” One last star crossed the dark as he closed the window, pronouncing these words with all his heart.
The clock on the bedside table just passed midnight.
*****
Aiba stared at Nino, disbelieving. Indeed it was a good memory for Nino, but these sorts of things couldn’t happen in real life. How could a wish, made while watching a shooting star, become true? Furthermore, this wasn’t exactly what Masaki had asked for and it didn’t explain why the other members were involved as well. Despite his worries and his disappointment, Aiba smiled at Nino and hugged him lovingly.
“What a sweet wish. Come Baby, it’s late.” He murmured, kissing Nino’s temple before leading him to the sofa. Aiba hadn’t the heart to break Nino’s dream. They lay down, and once Nino found a comfy position against Aiba’s chest, the latter pulled the blanket upon them. Nino was the first to fall deeply into sleep, rocked by the beats of Aiba’s heart.
*****
The ticking of his clock was getting the better of him. Since the incident in the living room, Sho hasn’t been able to sleep. He was lying on his bed upon his sheets, completely dressed, with his eyes fully opened. The sounds of the clock constantly echoed in his mind. Sho had to admit that the other two were hot together, and jealousy was tormenting him. How do you feel when the one you love loves you in return? What sensations do you experience when that important person touches you everywhere, kisses you, and says those sacred words? Does it really matter if the one you love is a boy?
Sho came back to earth when he heard the door creaking. He sat on his bed, surprised when the glow of the moon illuminated the intruder’s face.
“Aib…Sho-san? Why are you here?” Sho swallowed with difficultly as he saw Aiba enter his room, bare-chested and only wearing a pair of jeans.
“Shhhh…Masaki’s sleeping in the next room. You have to be silent.” purred Aiba, crawling onto the bed and staring eagerly at Sho.
“Wa-wait! What are you doing?!” Stuttered Sho as Aiba climbed upon him. His heart missed a beat when the taller man crushed their mouths together. Very soon, Aiba forced his way through Sho’s lips, taking what he was searching for with force. The kiss wasn’t sweet or nice; it was wild, hot and greedy. With all the might he had, Sho pushed back and took a deep breath.
“Would do you stop that!” Sho protested, wiping his mouth with the back of his hand. Aiba wouldn’t listen and put his hands on Sho’s shoulders before banging him strongly against the headboard.
“Come on, I know you want me. Don’t put on airs!” That smirk, that ardent stare, that tempting skin; everything about Aiba was alluring. Sho gave up his false resistance when Aiba roughly palmed Sho’s arousal.
His gasp died in Aiba’s experienced mouth, and after a second’s hesitation, Sho encircled Aiba’s neck with his arms, pulling him closer and deepening the kiss. Aiba tasted the wine he drank earlier, but there was also something that Sho couldn’t describe and it bothered him. Noticing that all the attention wasn’t focused on him, Aiba pushed Sho against the headboard one more time, his mouth never leaving Sho’s, and groaned to warn his partner to stay focused.
“You like my body, don’t you? I know you’re thinking dirty things. Don’t think I’ll let you enjoy my body alone…” said Aiba, biting Sho’s lower lip hard.
It was wild and rough; Sho never thought that the real Sho would act like that. In his eyes he was the one who always failed, acted like an idiot, and cared about others, but after what he had seen earlier, he knew that a Sho in love had some surprises reserved.
In a blink, Sho was shirtless. He didn’t know how that happened, and to tell the truth, he didn’t care. Right now, Aiba’s hot lips were taking good care of his collarbone while one of his hands was teasing his groin. Sho moved his hips unconsciously, wanting more contact. Sho could hear the sound of his pants being unzipped, and suppressed a moan describing his anticipation. Aiba’s lips left the rapper’s collarbone and traced their way to his chest while a hand played with his boxer’s elastic band. Sho could hear their breaths, their moans, the sounds Aiba’s wet tongue made against his nipples. All he could do was dig his fingers into Aiba’s hair. He was totally lost, buried in pleasure and was thankful that Aiba was the one who was in charge; he had Sho at his mercy.
Did the real Aiba and Sho act like that? Was it always this wild? Dirty talks, naughty gestures? Or did Aiba act like that because he was kissing and caressing his own body?
“Move” Ordered Aiba, his hands on Sho’s hips. The latter complied, and raised his hips a bit. In a second, Aiba took off his pants and boxers, revealing his embarrassing member and feeling Aiba’s hot breath against it. Much to his chagrin, Aiba didn’t even look at it, his mouth was focused on his stomach instead; biting and kissing the tender skin. Sho didn’t know where to focus anymore: the tongue playing with his navel? The nails sinking in his skin? The friction that Aiba’s chest was making against his cock? His body was on fire, and Sho grabbed the sheets, hard, the pain was unbearable. Deliciously unbearable.
“Sho, please! Please, please…” begged Sho, moving his hips a second time. He had been in this state since this evening, and Aiba’s work wasn’t helping the situation. All he could hear after that was Aiba’s annoyed grunt, then hotness and moisture surrounded the tip of his cock.
Loud moans echoed in the room, and Sho didn’t care if Nino could hear them anymore. Aiba was taking him deeper and deeper, moving up and down, fast and slow. As if it wasn’t enough, Sho curled his finger around Aiba’s head, showing him the movement and the speed he wanted. He wished it wasn’t Aiba, he wished it so hard. That person, what would that person do? Would it be softer? Would his lips curl this well too? Would it be wild or delicate?
Soon enough, Sho felt his legs going numb and his mind going blank, after one last thrust, he came in Aiba’s mouth, screaming one name:
“Toma!”
Sho was panting, his chest rising up and down as he tried to catch his breath. He felt dizzy, his limbs didn’t want to move, but it felt great. He opened his eyes when he heard a soft laughter. His heart missed a beat when he recognized the one in front of him.
“You’re very slow you know?” joked Toma, curling up against Sho, a genuine smile on his lips.
“Toma?!” said an incredulous Sho, a strange feeling warming his heart as Toma brought his face closer to his. Just when their lips were about to touch, Sho opened his eyes, breathless. Sho sat up, sweating, his heart beating fast. He noticed that he was fully dressed, and more particularly, alone.
“A dream…” he exhaled sweeping the sweat beads off his forehead. He brought his fingertips to his lips and touched them, thinking deeply. It was a dream; a strange one, a naughty one. Sho flushed when pieces of his dream came back before his eyes: Toma, nearly kissing him, curling against his shaking body, his satisfied sighs and smiles. It was wild and hot with Aiba, but nice and sweet with Toma.
His eyes went wide when the realization hit his brain.
“I’m in love with Toma?!”
*****
“Goo’ mo’nin’!” shouted one happy Nino, a toast between his teeth, as Ohno entered the kitchen and sat with a heavy sigh. The latter was either sleepy or had a hard night, that’s what Nino thought when a grunt came as a greeting.
“Bad night?” asked the smaller of them, sitting on the opposite side of his friend and chewing on his breakfast. A small nod answered his question.
“What happened?”
“…Matsujun.” replied Ohno, taking his head between his fingers as he remembered the past night. Everything was perfect until Sho entered in the room screaming like a madman. It totally destroyed the lovely mood he was having with Jun. Nino could only let his lips form an “O” shape, understanding why Ohno was in a bad temper.
Speaking of the devil…
Sho came out from the bathroom in a hurry, constantly repeating ‘I’m late, I’m late! Fuck, I’m late!’ as he crossed the living room, grabbed his coat, struggled while slipping on his shoes and passed through the front door. It was relatively early since the photo shoot was planned at the end of the morning. Sho, of course, had to leave before them since he had a TV show to film.
The real Sho was always running left and right these days, and maybe it was selfish, but right now Nino was happy that his lover could take some rest. From his seat, Nino glanced at the sleeping form in the couch and smiled softly. Now that his drama was over, Aiba would have some rest, not enough to Nino’s liking, but it was better than nothing, and now Yokoyama wouldn’t hover around HIS lover anymore.
“Go back to sleep a little” Said Ohno, rising from his chair. He dragged his feet to the bed room, and when he looked at the sleeping and not-so-covered form in the bed, an evil grin rose in the corner of his mouth. Maybe the waking up would be better than expected.
*****
His fingertips were tapping frantically on the back seat as he watched the town running in front of the window. For the first time in a long while he woke up early, but dressing had taken too much time, and now he was late! His dream was playing again and again in his mind. It was so strange. First he had sex with Sho who was in Aiba’s body, and then he was all lovey-dovey with Toma in his bed. It was so good, too good. This warm feeling, this impression of ease; it was almost frightening. As he remembered his dream, something bothered Sho. Was Toma talking to Sakurai Sho or to Matsumoto Jun? After all, in his dream he was Sho and today, Toma was expecting Sakurai Sho, not Matsumoto Jun. There was no way Toma would see him other than as a friend.
“Idiot…” He sighed heavily as he rested his head against the cold window. His heart was strangely crushed.
Once he was in front of NTV’s studios, Sho turned around when he heard the familiar voice calling his name.
“Sho-chan!!” shouted Toma, running towards him, waving happily. Sho’s heart hurt a little more when he saw that smile. Toma never smiles like that when he speaks to Jun. Despite his own false smile when he replied to Toma’s questions, Sho felt rage and envy boiling through his veins.
“Shall we go?” asked Toma, a hand on Sho’s back as he led him into the building. Perhaps he was too absorbed with his jealousy, or Toma’s wonderful face. Sho didn’t realize that he was already on standby behind the camera. The AD gave them the signal and the host started his speech.
“Welcome to our new show ‘One Day. One Task.’ I, Nagayama Eiji, will be your host. Every week, we’ll receive two guests and entrust them with a cleaning task that they will have to fulfill, live!”
“L-live?” Whispered Sho behind a smile as he discretely bent towards Toma. The latter nodded softly; his eyes spelling a silent apology. At the bottom of his brain, Sho remembered that Toma said something about a live TV show, but he was too captivated by Toma’s shining eyes to properly focus at the time.
Live? So no error will be allowed.
“And now it’s time to introduce our main guest: Toma Ikuta-san!!” Toma walked to the host, smiling brightly and waving at the camera.
“Thank you very much for coming! So, Ikuta-san, according to the rules of this show you came with someone else, that’s right?”
“Yes! Thank you for having me!”
“Well, would you introduce him, please?”
“With pleasure. Today the one who will work with me is…”
*****
“…Sakurai Sho-san!!!”
“Here you are!” Exclaimed Nino, his face stuck on the little screen. Ohno complained about not seeing anything, and Nino returned to Aiba’s lap. They have all decided to watch Sho’s appearance and see if everything would turn out good. It was the first public appearance since the accident after all, and everyone was a little anxious.
“So, Ikuta-san, why did you choose Sakurai-san?” asked the host, who was a little too close to Sho for Nino‘s liking.
“Well, it’s obvious! Look at these arms! I’m sure Sho-san will be useful and hard work will be easy thanks to his strength.” answered Toma, touching Sho’s arms.
“Don’t overestimate me! Those muscles are just for decoration. I’m hopeless at sports and fail at almost everything!” joked Sho, looking at the camera strangely.
“HEY! That’s NOT true!” protested Aiba, when he saw the serious look his friends were giving him. He sank into the couch and pouted.
“Well…maybe that’s true but…he doesn’t have to say it on TV…”
After ten endless minutes of talking, Toma and Sho picked a card that the TV host was holding before them.
“GREEN GREEN PARK!” screamed Nagayama-san at the camera after seeing the card.
The rules were very simple: in a corner of the park, are plenty of garbage and other things polluting the beautiful green place. They have to clean the place and make all the trash disappear during the filming. If they can complete the task within the next 25 minutes; they’ll win the ‘SUPER MEGA CLEAN PRIZE’.
“How boring, and what a stupid name ‘Super mega blah’!” said Ohno, his chin resting on his hand and rolling his eyes.
“Well, I do agree with you concerning the names but…I think this game’s bases are good.” replied Aiba.
“Matsujun will be fine. Don’t you think it’s like M no Arashi? I mean, he had already done this in the past…” said Jun pensively. The other three nodded and focused again on the show.
*****
Twenty minutes had already passed. Twenty damn awful and unbearable minutes. Sho was at his limits and nearly at the edge of erupting. Twenty minutes with nothing but Sho being praised.
Sho wasn’t the one who did all the work, he was Matsumoto Jun, damn it! He was always hearing ‘Sakurai-san you’re so good!’ or ‘Sakurai-san, so cool!’. STOP IT!
The host was really annoying, but what was more annoying, was that Toma agreed with him; praising Sho with his cute smile and the admiration in his eyes. What was so great about removing trash?! He had to do something, to stop that. Anything!
And there it was.
Removing a moldy plank, Sho discovered a wood-louse’s nest. Tons and tons of these disgusting insects. Nothing to be afraid of, but disgusting anyway. Now he had an idea. It was bad, childish and petty but that’s all he had. He would do anything to stop these ‘Good work Sho-chan!’, these ‘You’re so manly Sho-chan!’
He had no other option.
Taking a deep breath, Sho counted to three and let go of the rotten plank, a loud high-pitched scream, so girly, so stupid…So perfect!
“Sh-Sho-chan?!”
“Sa-kurai-san?”
“KYAAAAAA! DISGUSTING! DISGUSTING! SOMEBODY HELP MEEEEE!!! SCARY!!” screamed Sho, zigzagging with his arms flailing in the air. It was perfect. Just one look at Toma and Sho could see that Toma didn’t see the man in him anymore.
******
“Too bad! Today our guests failed! Please come again and take your revenge! This was ‘One Day. One Task.’ Thanks for watching, see you next week!!”
Silence.
With his eyes wide open; Aiba was gaped at the screen. What happened? Nino’s arm was curled around his shoulders. Jun and Ohno tried their best to not laugh, biting their lips hard or the inside of their cheeks.
“What…was…?”
“I think it’s…hum… cute…” tried Nino, his tone not very confident.
“C…Cute? CUTE?! YOU MEAN RIDICULOUS!! IT’S ANYTHING BUT CUTE! MATSUMOTO JUN YOU’RE A DEAD MAN!!!” shouted Aiba, jumping from Nino’s embrace and at the edge of committing a crime.
*****
Sho was in the car, being driven to the next studio where the photo shoot would take place. He was so angry. Why? Why?! Why did his plan not work?! Why did Toma think it was fake, or just for the show? It was so irritating!! Sho ran a hand through his hair, remembering the soft pat Toma gave him when they parted.
‘I love your hair’ Toma said.
“Mine is better than Sho’s…” Sho whispered, angrily. He needed something to calm him down. This wasn’t like him at all! Why do such little actions and such casual words, turn him in this state?
As if God heard his prayers, Sho noticed something on the right side of the road. With that he would be better, that was just what he needed!
“Please, could you stop in front of this store?”
