Short vacation was short but it was soooo packed in that it sometimes felt way longer than a 13-day trip. I definitely didn't get as much sleep as I wanted to. But that's okay! It sounds like you and Kevin had quite the adventure! I know you guys like to pack in the activities and sights, but I'm seriously impressed with all you managed to see and do in such a short period of time. It also sounds like you did a nice mix of stuff -- from the surfing and hiking and exploring, to the rollar-coastering (that's totally a real verb!) and visiting. :D

Panorama trail sounds like it was brutal. I would've been sore after a day like that too! I'm glad you were able to recover from it.

Are you or Kevin going to post photos at some point? :3?

Haha, I'm not sure if it's necessarily "like to pack it in". More like, "not enough time to do everything we want to do". Lots of stuff were left out. Hate having to pick and choose.

The photos will definitely be coming eventually. It might take some time, though since Kevin took 6759 photos and I took some fraction of that. (If he drove for 3177 km, does that mean I navigated for 3177 km?) Since I took many photos using his camera, it'll be difficult for me to sort mine as they're on his computer and in raw format. :/ And will still need to be processed. >_____> Otherwise, I could have had them uploaded sooner.

Wow, what an adventure! You really did everything and got a taste of all sorts of fun vacation things. I'm so impressed that you're so into coasters. I could never handle that and I'm super jealous that you went to the Winchester Mystery House! I would love to go there one day! I keep hearing about it on several paranormal TV documentaries. What a neat history that place has.

It's good that getting back into the swing of things here has been easy. I'm glad that you had such a great time. :3
