Kenshin again!
On a whim, I decided to reread all of the Rurouni Kenshin manga. It'll always be one of my favourites. ♥ And out of nowhere (to me, anyway; I've been way out of the loop), I just found out there's a new Kenshin OVA? o____O Whaa?? Short vacation was short but it was soooo packed in that it sometimes felt way longer than a 13-day trip. I definitely didn't get as much sleep as I wanted to. But that's okay! I miss those "get back to work essay studying" images we used to dump on LJ whenever we knew we were being distracted by LJ/internets in general.
...and the light in my room keeps dying (I think it's the outlet itself and not the actual lamp). Not so helpful. *squints at papers/readings/computer*

back from the north
We're back! And not cold anymore, haha. Went on a weekend camping trip to Bruce National Park, the area by Cyprus Lake to be exact. We went early to beat the crowds. Also to (hopefully) beat the bugs. ...well, 1 out of 2 isn't is okay...
It broke down into 3 extremes.
Friday: extreme bugs
Saturday: extreme wet rain
Sunday: extreme cold/wind

desk chair up for grabs?
Does anyone want a free desk chair? It's pretty good if you ignore the fake pleather bits peeling off from the seat. Make a chair cover for it and it's perfectly good to go! Anyway, let me know, otherwise its next destination is going to be the garbage bin outside of my condo. -

I haven't made a real update in a while. Only thing really "new" at the moment is that I finally caught the cold (one of them anyway) going around (most of my coworkers are sick...Justin got sick in two separate occasions in the same time period, mum was sick, my uncle was sick for ages and totally spreading germs everywhere...or that's how it felt ( Read more... ) -
