So I picked up a new job, by the same employer, for the same measly minimum wage, but with plenty of more hours and stress and responsibilities. Essentially, I am filling in for the manager of the store who hasn't come yet. He will be coming at some point though, and he will have a lot more training (and a substantially larger paycheque) than I do ( Read more... ) -

So today I almost died. And then I got in a car accident.
I dunno, I guess when I say that I am allergic to peanuts and the other party understands me perfectly well, as in the case where I go to this shop every day for lunch almost, and order the same thing consistently, I expect understanding. It really isn't so hard to *not* put peanuts on the food, and it even saves them money because they charge me ( Read more... ) -

The crazy adventures down South
Finally got around to writing a little bit, and have more tales of the adventures of Dave n' Matt (The first being hang-gliding and the second being the trip to Ottawa in a series of many.) It will take me a while to finish it, as I try to remember what happened.
