As for blood samples, feel free, if you manage to drug him or whatever.

As for Ed's personality? He's....stubborn. Loud, violent and impulsive. But he is very caring (though he shows this more through actions then words), and he does what he can to help others, for the most part. He is the "Hero of the People" after all.

How he'd taste? I've never really thought about it. His fave colour is red though, "gets the blood boiling!" as he puts it in reference to his trademark coat. He probably eats fairly healthy though, and his body is physically in good shape, despite his large appetite with eating for both himself and Alphonse as well.
But, I guess you can imply how he tastes, I don't mind. Like I said, I hadn't really given how his blood would taste much thought before this, haha.

[ooc: Iris will be attending :) She knows she needs to be more social, so she'll probably come with mashed potatoes. This girl is pretty much a grade A sweetheart with some confidence issues, and an underlying determined streak. As for how she'd taste... Well she probably doesn't drink very often and eats generally healthy foods, so I'd say she'd taste pretty plain? Maybe a little on the sweeter/purer side just because of her upbringing, haha, I'm fine with anything you want to imply]
