We were out bid for the house. We stuck to our budget and didn't get carried away so I'm proud of us but no house :(. We are going to be the back-up buyers if the first buyers fall through or the buyers realize they over-bid and freak out. We will know if this happens within the next 15 days

maybe they'll freak out! or not qualify for their loan, or.... many escrows fall apart. many.

Thanks...yes hopefully we will still get it...The Seaside home doesn't have pics up and it's been on the market fro 3 months...I'll try to drive by.

Pickiness does have one compensation. Better to find something you'll be happy in than to move somewhere that ends up being a disappointment.
