I took Dan to Greens in San Francisco last night for his birthday. It was amazing! We had a four course meal with wine pairings. The waiter went on and on about each wine which was kind of interesting at the time...aged over wood...only grown in this region...this ones from Israel...but I couldn't remember much after wards.
