yayyyyyyyy... i'm finally able to make one of those yummy Indonesian Fried Pork/Prawn Balls.. (Indo: Ba'so Goreng)

recipe:
150 gr minced prawn
150 gr minced pork
200-250 gr tapioca flour (Sagu)
2 large eggs or 3 small eggs
2 tbs fish sauce
salt
pepper
msg (if u want to)

how to:
mix prawn+pork+salt+pepper+eggs+fish sauce. slowly add tapioca flour until all ( Read more... )

rita, coba ditambah fish paste, itu lho ikan cincang halus..fish paste namanye...wah tambah enak lho ditanggung!! n plus pake garlic powder, biar wangi..tp jangan banyak2, takut angus!
