Cholesterol results...

You may or may not know that I've been working hard to reduce my astronomically high cholesterol. I had my 6 month check-up, and reduced it by 35%!!! I still need to do more, as my total is still above normal. But, my goal is achieved, and I do NOT need to go on cholesterol meds. Yeah! I don't get checked for another year, so I'm working on

Awesomeness!!! 35% is amazing. Dave tried and tried, but couldn't get his down. (well, I should have probably helped him more, because I think there was some misunderstanding between supposedly-good-for-you-food and really-good-for-you-food. Maybe with all this cooking and bento-ing I've been doing, I might be of some help after all.)
