*fans self* That was so hot! Some major good sexin', but what made it so much better was all the affection, the concern, and Jim's observations through it all. How Len needed the intimacy the connection so badly, how touch starved he was. And then what I thought was a bit sad was Jim himself having trouble dealing with Len's concern for him.

I loved them teasing each other over lemon meringue pie (one of my favorites!) and then Jim being so determined to stay on schedule no matter the weather.

There's something about Jim and Bones that, and I can't fully speak for my co-author sullacat on, really calls to me, that sense of very odd affection and tenderness while still just being men. I know that's something we work hard to capture, that idea that these are supposed to be two real men who are put together in a strange circumstance. We try to capture the small little details about how two men deal with each other. Considering we're both women, I'm not always sure how well it comes across but we do try. XD
