I am finding it is hard to find good combinations late at night with less carbos to eat. This is very frustrating for me. Because i know if i am strict to this is will lose more weight. I guess nobody said dieting was fun.. bah

for snacks or something? cause nuts and dried berries are some of my favorites.
also avocado with lime and salt and pepper on it.

I read in my 'self' magazine, that the best food you can eat before bed is oatmeal with apples (apples and cinnamon maybe), because it has a low amount of carbs in it, low sugar, and still has fiber and will release seratonin so you will sleep better - plus it's low in calories.. I'll give you a copy of that page if you want. :)
