First of all, it's awfully pathetic that they had nothing on me so they had to use my speed limit. But the whole point is that I wouldn't have to be getting "new wheels" had the idiot yielded the right of way like he was supposed. He had no excuse for causing the accident, there were no cars in front of either of us. I'd much rather have my old car back then have to drop 3 or 4 thousand dollars that I don't have.

And hell yeah. I'm fighting this to the bone. I'm 0% at fault I wasn't doing ANYTHING wrong. I saw him in the intersection but he was stopped, it isn't my fault that he accelerated and hit me. And as for my speed? No. I didn't get a ticket for it so I'm not going to let them use that against me. So we'll see. Because any money helps at this point and I'd rather keep the full eighteen hundred rather than a measly twelve hundred. Big difference there.
