Thought of another option for my cell phone dilemma.  Craigslist.  Found a 1-year old Blackberry for my service provider for $50. After years of waffling, I bought my very first laptop last Thursday.  It arrived this afternoon, three days early.  It's a Dell Inspiron 1720, with upgraded video card. Oh - in Spring Green.  Very pretty she is.
